Regenerative Ag: All of the barley for our base malt is grown in the San Luis Valley by Co-Owner, Derek Heersink, utilizing regenerative ag techniques including no-till planting to conserve fuel and soil moisture as well as Automated Field Moisture Sensing technology for water conservation during the growing season.
